Pop star Rihanna, who recently attended the Ambani bash in Gujarat, discussed her trip to India and explained why she had to depart after two days. According to Moneycontrol, she joined her close friend, Melissa Forde, on Instagram Live on Friday evening. Melissa joined Rihanna during her trip to India. Following her appearance at the pre-wedding celebrations of Mukesh Ambani’s son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, Rihanna departed India for the US. While heading to the Jamnagar airport, Melissa decided to broadcast live on a social media platform. According to the report, Rihanna inquired while covering her face, “Is this live for real?”
She also mentioned, “I had the best time in India. I only have two days. The only reason I am leaving India is because my kids are (unclear audio). I have to come back.”. At the Jamnagar airport, Rihanna impressed everyone with her friendly exchange with the photographers and the police officers. She kindly agreed to take pictures for those who requested them. She embraced and chatted with the female officers.
During her debut performance in India, Rihanna delivered an electrifying show at the extravagant pre-wedding celebration of Anant and Radhika. She performed popular songs like Diamonds, Where Have You Been, Rude Boy, and Pour it Up. A star-studded lineup of film celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Shreya Ghoshal, and Shiamak Davar danced to her music.
Adorned in a dazzling body-hugging fluorescent green and pink ensemble, Rihanna showcased her top-notch dance skills and engaged with the crowd at the extravagant occasion. The 38-year-old musician expressed gratitude towards the Ambanis. “Thanks to the Ambani family, I’m here tonight in honour of Anant and Radhika. Thank you for having me here. God bless your union. I wish you the best. Congratulations,” she exclaimed
Before starting her song We Found Love, Rihanna questioned the audience about their beliefs in love.”Make some noise for love right now. Send some extra love to the bride. It’s my honour to be here and I want you to put your hands together like this,” she announced before performing the well-known song. After her performance, Rihanna was presented with a bouquet by the Ambani family and they posed together for the cameras.
Afterward, Janhvi Kapoor posted a video of herself dancing with Rihanna to the song Zingaat from her first movie Dhadak.”This woman is a goddess. Stop it goodbye,” Janhvi wrote alongside the video.
