Ashneer Grover gained widespread recognition after appearing as one of the sharks in the previous season of Shark Tank India. The founder of BharatPe made an appearance at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology’s annual fest, where he humorously commented on the ratings of the current season of Shark Tank India, focusing on Anupam Mittal. He mentioned that they are currently in the process of ‘auditioning’ sharks. A fan uploaded the video of Ashneer speaking on X.
During the college fest, Ashneer made a sharp comment about Anupam Mittal in Hindi, suggesting that he is getting older… Another one left in anger. That’s a fact, right? Nothing incorrect was said by Mr. Mittal in that manner. He’s gone… You all are so cool and composed. First, check the TRP of the previous season and then look at the TRP of the second and third seasons. Everyone will find out (Mittal sir is getting old…. The individual in question has departed, that is undeniable. Mr Mittal is absolutely correct. It seems like you’re feeling a bit distant. Compare the TRP of the first season with those of the second and third seasons, and you will see the difference.
He continued, “The one who left in the first season was considered the best of all time, and you all are still trying out to become the top contender in the third season.” Ashneer’s remarks were met with enthusiastic applause from the students.
Ashneer has criticised the current season of the show on previous occasions. In November, he posted the Shark Tank India Season 3 promo with the caption, “Shark Tank 3 is ‘audition’ of sharks for Shark Tank 4!” In life, there’s a lesson – don’t complicate something that’s already resolved. Quantity over quality!
