Janhvi Kapoor is set to star alongside several popular South actors including Jr NTR, Ram Charan, and Suriya.
Jahnvi Kapoor is currently experiencing success in Bollywood, and her first Telugu film, Devara, with Jr NTR is progressing smoothly, indicating a positive trajectory for her career. She recently landed a role in a Hindi film alongside Tamil star Suriya, directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. Her father Boney Kapoor also confirmed this during an interview with YouTube channel iDream Media.
Boney mentioned that his daughter has already filmed with Jr NTR. She thoroughly enjoys every moment she spends on the sets here. She is set to begin working on a film alongside Ram Charan in the near future. These two boys are excelling. She has been immersing herself in numerous Telugu films and considers it a true privilege to collaborate with them. Hopefully, the films will be successful, leading to more opportunities for her. She is set to star alongside Suriya in an upcoming project. My wife, Sridevi, worked in various languages, and I hope my daughter follows in her footsteps.
Suriya moved to Mumbai a few years ago, and his wife Jyotika also began her second chapter in Hindi cinema. In discussions with director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra for a film based on the Mahabharata, he was officially announced as the lead actor towards the end of last year. It appears that Jahnvi has also been cast as the main actress. This film is rumoured to be grand in scale and will be split into two parts.
Suriya is currently occupied with his ambitious project Kanguva and his upcoming collaboration with Sudha Kongara. The filming for Karna is expected to begin by the end of 2024.
Janhvi’s upcoming project will feature her alongside Jr NTR in Devara. Saif Ali Khan portrays the villain in the film. The release is now scheduled for October of this year following a delay of eight months that was just revealed.
