Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan have teamed up to reveal the new D’Yavol ad, sharing the brand’s partnership with Disney.
Despite the lack of updates on the anticipated movie featuring Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter Suhana Khan, fans were pleasantly surprised by their recent collaboration in a new advertisement for Aryan Khan’s brand D’Yavol.
At the start of the ad, Shah Rukh is seen wearing three rings on his fingers, each inscribed with the letters D’Yavol. His hand appears red as he punches something out of view of the camera. He uses his hand to draw a ‘X’ on the window pane of an abandoned train compartment.
In the following moment, an individual enters the scene and retrieves a mystical wand from the ground. Her face is unveiled by the blue hue emitted from the wand. This is Suhana Khan. Afterward, she utilises the wand to add colour to her side of the train window in the form of the Disney logo. They exchange a glance and grin. The teaser concludes with the announcement of the upcoming collaboration releasing new merchandise on March 17th.
Shah Rukh shared the new ad on his Instagram on Friday, along with the caption: “The collab you didn’t know you needed… BUT every good story deserves a sequel. X-2. Dropping on 17th March, only on www.dyavolx.com @disney @disneyindia”
In early 2023, Aryan Khan, co-founder of D’Yavol X, released the brand’s inaugural collection solely on their website. During a 2013 interview with Vogue India, he expressed, “For me, apparel is an outlet for creativity. Even in filmmaking, costume design is a very important part of capturing the right mood and telling the story.” Aryan introduced D’Yavol X in April 2023, and oversaw Shah Rukh’s involvement in the initial promotional ad campaign.
